I’ve always believed that discipline, heart, and hard work can open doors you never planned to walk through.
I had decided to change industries when real estate found me—and I say “found me” because I had never considered it. However, my career transition wasn’t going as I expected. I was struggling to find a position that truly fit me. Meanwhile, I continued coaching kids’ basketball—a sport I’ve always been passionate about—but there was a feeling of unease in my heart.

During one practice, I struck up a conversation with one of the young man’s fathers. I was training his son, and after practice we would talk about his progress.
This gentleman asked me, “what are you planning to do next?”. My answer was, “I want to continue to help people in chasing their dreams.”
“Come talk to me,” he said. “You’d be good at what I do. Do you know what I do?”

“I do.” He was a REALTOR®, actually an owner of a brokerage. And honestly, I wasn’t jumping up and down at the idea.
Practices continued. So did his encouragement. “You’d be great at what I do,” he repeated more than once. “Come talk to me. Do you know what I do?”
“Yes, I do,” I’d respond, slightly annoyed. I wasn’t thrilled about becoming a REALTOR®… but I was curious; there was something about his conviction. Eventually, I attended real estate classes and looked around the room thinking, If they can do this, I can do this.

Here’s what I know about myself: no one will outwork me. That mindset was forged during my basketball career. In high school, I was a promising athlete—not necessarily the most talented—but I was willing to work harder than anyone else, enjoy the process, and be a great teammate. Basketball gave me a foundation of discipline, teamwork and heart that I still carry with me today. It also provided me a paid 4 year education.
That love of sports led me into the fitness industry, where I spent over 25 years. I worked as a personal trainer, a general manager, and eventually became a sales representative for home exercise equipment. Eventually, I managed a nationwide sales team along with managing over 23 states and traveled across the country. My favorite part was always interacting with customers—teaching them how to use the equipment and hearing their success stories as they delivered the vehicle that changed people's lives.

But after 25 years, I felt stuck. I wanted new challenges and greater opportunity. I began feeling a lack of passion and a mismatch of potential companies at the time. I didn’t want to submit my résumé to another company—I was tired of that cycle. I was searching for something more—financial opportunity, yes, but also purpose.

As I stepped away from the fitness industry, I faced challenges, including working for a narcissistic boss who taught me exactly how not to lead. That experience solidified my commitment to always treat people with respect and as equals. I also sold medical equipment for a time, but again, the role didn’t align with the passion or lifestyle I was seeking.
Then came that serendipitous conversation with my player’s father—and my entrance into real estate in 2020.
In real estate, I found what I had been searching for: purpose and passion. I get to help people reach their dreams while coaching them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I provide insight, guidance, and steady leadership. And I’ve rediscovered the fire within me—the drive to be the best REALTOR® I can be, not just in production, but in heart.

I lead with fairness, integrity, and a genuine desire to help people. Real estate isn’t about me—it’s about my clients feeling at ease, protected, and confident as they move toward their dreams. I’m passionate about what I do and highly communicative, knowing the process can feel stressful at times. My goal is to create clarity, explain what works and what doesn’t, and guide each person thoughtfully without pressure. I work hard to find or sell a home so my clients can step into their next chapter of life.
I build strong rapport not only with clients but with other REALTORS®, because collaboration moves transactions forward. I relate easily to different personalities and pride myself on being a good listener rather than an aggressive talker. I stay focused on what truly matters, take responsibility for doing things right, and solve problems quickly—even if that means working weekends to meet deadlines.
Compassion and efficiency are at the core of how I operate. I build lasting relationships, care deeply, and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves to help a transaction move forward.
Sincerely,

Brian Jamison
